Relationship coaching for neurodivergent people: building authentic connections

Relationships — with family, friends, partners, or colleagues — can be beautiful, fulfilling, and deeply grounding. But for many neurodivergent people, they can also be unnecessarily confusing, exhausting, or even painful.

If you’re neurodivergent — find out what this could feel like here — you may have often felt misunderstood, out of sync, or pressured to socialize in ways that don’t feel natural. But connection is not about performance. It’s about presence.

Relationship coaching with me is not about teaching you to mimic other people’s norms. It’s about helping you understand how you relate — and how to form meaningful relationships that support, not drain, your emotional and mental energy.
It’s about giving you permission to thrive your way in connection.

What we explore together

Setting boundaries
Not all discomfort is your responsibility to carry. We clarify your limits and needs — especially when it comes to overstimulation, emotional burden or masking.

Managing expectations
Expectations can become silent contracts that lead to resentment. We work on building clear, respectful communication that leaves less space for misunderstanding.

Letting go
Overanalyzing every interaction or social cue can take an enormous toll. Together, we’ll learn when to dig deeper — and when to simply breathe deeply and move on.

Accepting tension
Not all friction means something’s wrong. We explore how to hold space for differing perspectives without internalizing conflict or going into self-protection mode.

What you can expect from coaching with me

Coaching experience
I bring years of experience supporting neurodivergent people in building relationships that feel emotionally safe, honest, and aligned.

Lived neurodivergent experience
I understand how lonely relationships can feel when you’re masking all the time — and how liberating it is to relate from a place of self-acceptance.

Connection without conformity
I won’t push you to be more “relatable.” I’ll support you in creating the kind of relationships where you can show up as you are — and thrive your way.

You don’t need to change who you are to connect with others.
You just need the space, support and self-trust to build connections that work for you.
